1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a username. We record the date and time of successful logins to maintain account security. We collect basic usage data (such as which features you access) to help us understand how the tools are being used.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We retain transaction identifiers, contribution amounts, subscription status, and related records needed to provide supporter access and handle refunds or disputes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate your account, provide app and supporter access, process contributions, maintain security, and improve the tools. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only the information needed by service providers that operate payments, hosting, email, or other site infrastructure, or when required by law.

3. XenForo Forum Integration

If you choose to sign in using your PNWFlyfishing.com forum account, we receive your forum username and membership group from the forum’s authentication API. This information is used to determine your access level for our apps. We do not receive or store your forum password at any point.

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in across page loads. This cookie contains only a session identifier and expires when you sign out or your session times out. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party tracking technology.

5. Data Retention
